Topsail Hill Preserve State Park Gregory E. Moore RV Resort

It’s been a few years since we were here, but Topsail is one of our favorite RV parks.  For sure it is one of the prettiest ones we have been in. It has lots of shade, well-groomed paved sites with full hookups including cable TV and wi-fi.  This is a luxury stop for us.

Once we got settled in we walked down to the beach.  It’s a bit of walk from the RV park to the beach and the park does provide free transportation but we opted to walk it.  Then once you get to the dunes you have to take the boardwalk before you get to the sandy beach.  The dunes are protected by state law, so you cannot walk on them.

It was pretty quiet there, only a few other people around.  It was so nice and sunny, about 65 degrees and low humidity.  Sweet.

One couple was on the beach fishing.  Here you can set your pole in the sand, go sit down, have a beverage, and wait. I don’t think you can do that in Minnesota.
