Sunny days are great for sight-seeing and today was awesome, so we found a scenic drive north of here and headed out.  One of our stops was at Hopeville Pond State Park, a small park northeast of Norwich, CT.  We walked around a bit, but didn’t stay long.  The bathrooms were locked up for the season and there were only two other people here and they were fishing.

After a stop at the grocery store we went back into Mohegan Sun Casino and just walked around and explored some more, enjoying the beauty of it.
