The weather is changing.  The rest of the country is experiencing winter storms and some very cold weather.  But here, where we are in Florida, it’s way different.  Monday was rather steamy, with temps pushing 80F and humidity at 100%.

We drove north along the beach road to have a look around.  This is the off season here and several of the restaurants and attractions have closed for the season.  There is not much traffic.

Today was another exploring day with a long walk along the nice clean white sandy beach along the Gulf of Mexico.  It’s cooling off, very sunny, the high was 60F and not quite so humid.

Wouldn’t it be nice to live here?  I’m not sure if these houses are private homes or vaction rentals, but either way it’s a beautiful beach to be on.  The beach was very quiet today, hardly anyone around.
