After a nice lunch with our friends, Steve and Bonnie, we said goodbye as we will be going our separate ways tomorrow.
Bernie and I went back to the campground and then went for a walk. It’s a cool day, the temp was 60F and the humidity of the last few days has dropped way down. As we were walking we happened across a large still. No, not THAT kind of still. This is a 100-year-old turpentine still that is being reconstructed here.

A nature trail leads away from the still and into the woods. We walked the trail and then back along the shore of the bay to our camp site. The days are getting so short! By the time we got home there wasn’t much daylight left.
