Yup, it’s been raining in the desert. Not a hard rain but a gentle steady rain all through the night the last two nights. Enough that we could wipe down the Jeep removing all that desert dust that has accumulated over the last few weeks and it looks clean again.
We had planned to take the Lighthouse Tour Boat on Lake Havasu yesterday, but it was cancelled. This was disappointing as it only runs on Wednesdays and we don’t plan to stay here that long.
Bernie is getting restless so we are moving south again. But we didn’t go far, only about 20 miles south of Lake Havasu City to Cattail Cove State Park which is also on Lake Havasu. We had been boondocking at Craggy Wash for 5 days so it’s nice to have electricity again. We do have good internet but are unable to pick up any TV stations with our antenna. We will only stay here one night, moving south again in the morning.
A pretty lemon tree lives near us.

There are some hiking trails in the hills around this campground. We could see our RV in the campground below. That’s ours in the center.

Our clocks are back on California time even though we are in Arizona. They keep switching back and forth, we never really know what time it is.
