Mariposa, CA

78 miles driven today, to Mariposa, California. We will be staying in the Mariposa Fairgrounds RV Park for tonight and tomorrow night.

This is a small town, only about 2,000 people. There are several nice shops and restaurants here. We went for a walk around town, found the Visitor Information Center and picked up info about Yosemite National Park, which we will see tomorrow.

The days are getting so short! We did have a little colorful sunset tonight. It’s not over a nice lake with trees and all that, rather over the fence of the fairgrounds, but still enjoyable.
